ahí no veo mysql, no se hacer magia de momento
abre un nuevo mensaje con la configuración actual de mysql cuanto sitios hay instalador en el VPS (tuyos) y el resto de cosas que aparecen aquí

Lo cierto es que no te consume porque no tiene uso
Te voy a dar una config mínima, dado que 256MB es nada, mi portatil tiene 4GB y mi ordenador que uso para retoque fotográfico 8GB, hoy en dia la memoria aunque sea ECC es barata
Por otro lado apache también necesitaría como 500MB para alojar esas 150 conexiones principales más los 100 hijos por cada una de ellas.
Guarda tus configs actuales, y esto es lo mínimo qeu puedes correr.
Aplica a httpd.conf y reinicia apache, esto es lo mínimo que puedes tirar con apache y ya implcaría que tuvieras 200mb para todos los hijos a la vez

Aplica en my.cnf y reinicia el servidor de mysql, no has puesto datos de puertos o scokets así que los he obviado

jeje le voy a poner esta confgi a ver, si es muy poco pero ando probando mi otro vps al que le pusimos xcache tiene 4gb de ram 4 cpu y en otra compañía gracias hermano
