Te dicen que no saben a cual de las dos ordenes, cuyas referencias indican, le corresponde el pago y te piden que se lo indiques.
Tambien te dicen que te faltan 7.5 €, que se los envies y que procesaran tu compra los mas pronto posible (ASAP= As soon as possible)

Entonces el problema lo debe de tener el banco desde el que envié la transferencia, porque tuve que pagar 135 €uros de la licencia mas 25 €uros de lo que me costaba la transferencia hasta el banco vbulletin, y no me explico como si en total pago 160 €uros los de vbulletin solo reciban 127,50 €uros.
El error lo tendrá el banco desde el que envié el dinero no¿?

si, en el banco no echaron bien las cuentas, supongo que se quedaron cortos de comisión
no solo te advierten de esa pequeña diferencia en el pago, también hay confusión con la identidad (referencia del pedido) por eso has de aclararles cual es la válida de las dos que te notifican.
